Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be safe distancing?

We have chosen a venue larger than normal to allow for adequate social distancing to accommodate everyone. Also, the ballroom, breakout rooms and dining area will have some tables with fewer than the “normal” number of chairs to allow people  a choice in where they sit. There will also be hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.

Is there a dress code to attend?

Attendees should be in business attire as this is a professional conference.

Will there be food accommodations?

If you have any food sensitivities or allergens, please let us know on your registration form so we can accommodate you.

What is the temperature of the conference rooms?

The Huntington Convention Center has tall ceilings.  If you tend to be a person that is chilly, please bring an extra layer to ensure you are comfortable.

What is the parking situation?

The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland and the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel, where we have our discounted room block, are connected underground so participants will not have to walk outside. We strongly recommend booking the room block if you are staying overnight. The group rate is $179 per night, plus tax.

The convention center parking lot is located at 3 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. You will be able to access the Huntington Convention Center on level 2 of the Convention Center parking garage. Conference attendees will be able to validate their parking at the Marathon Health booth.

Note: As this garage is also used by other local employers, it tends to be busy. Health Action Council cannot reserve parking in the convention center for conference attendees.  If this parking garage is full there are other nearby facilities:

  • Willard Park Garage – 601 Lakeside Avenue
  • AECOM Garage – 1301 East 6th Street
  • Cuyahoga County Parking Division – 400 Lakeside Avenue

The IN-VALUE-ABLE 2024 app will launch in January. All registered attendees will receive an invite with instructions to download the app at that time.
