Are meals provided, and can dietary needs be accommodated?

Absolutely. Nourishment is part of the experience! Please include any dietary needs or allergens in your registration so we can provide safe, satisfying, and inclusive meals.

Will it be cold?

It’s trueCleveland in February can be chilly, but we have organized the event to maximize your networking time and minimize the time you spend in the coldWe even provide door to door transportation to the only event outside of the primary venue Our venue — the Huntington Convention Center — features tall ceilings that can create cooler environments. Bring a stylish extra layer (jacket, sweater, blazer) to stay focused and comfortable while soaking up ideas and insights.

Navigate Your Arrival, Stay & Park Like a Pro

Where should I park?

The Huntington Convention Center and Hilton Cleveland Downtown are connected via a weather-proof underground walkway. Park at the 1000 Lakeside Avenue garage for convenient access (Level 2 connects directly to the center). The lot fills quickly, so we encourage you to arrive early.

When should I arrive and leave?
  • To get the full impact of In-Value-Able 2026, we recommend reviewing our 📅  Conference Schedule and planning to attend from start to finish. Trust us — you’ll want to experience every minute.
Where should I book a hotel room?
  • Take advantage of our exclusive block at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Book before January 1, 2026 to lock in the special rate of $199/night.

    Will there be vendors and networking?

    Is there WiFi?

    Yes — complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the venue.  The access code will be on your badge, on EventMobi, and in the conference program book.

    Can I earn continuing education credits?

    Yes! We’re applying for SHRM, HRCI, ODI, and CEBS credits. Details will be available onsite to help you track and claim your learning.

    What is the conference cancellation policy?

    Plans change — we understand. View the full cancellation policy below.

    For those conference attendees who have paid to attend the conference:  

    • An 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received by January 3, 2025.   
    • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between January 6-10, 2025.   
    • No refunds will be granted if the request is received after January 10, 2025. 

    All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to lkodish@healthactioncouncil.org    

    If a written cancellation request is not received by January 10, 2025, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

    We’re here to make your experience seamless. Please update your event profile at least one week in advance to request accommodations. A team member will follow up with you directly.
