This grant is available exclusively to employer members of Health Action Council. It is not intended for conference vendor sponsors or Health Action Council annual supporters.

OUTSIDE OHIO GRANT INCLUDES

  • Hotel Stay: Health Action Council will cover a portion of your stay at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Your rate is $80 per night for up to two nights ($160 total), due at check-in.
  • Airfare: A $250 reimbursement for round-trip airfare (if applicable).
  • Meals: All conference meals.

     

    Each employer member organization is eligible to apply for TWO grants.

INSIDE OHIO GRANT INCLUDES

  • Hotel Stay: Health Action Council will cover a portion of your stay at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Your rate is $80 per night for up to one night, due at check-in.
  • Meals: All conference meals.

     

    Each employer member organization is eligible to apply for TWO grants.
