This grant is available exclusively to employer members of Health Action Council. It is not intended for conference vendor sponsors or Health Action Council annual supporters.

OUTSIDE OHIO GRANT INCLUDES
- Hotel Stay: Health Action Council will cover a portion of your stay at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Your rate is $80 per night for up to two nights ($160 total), due at check-in.
- Airfare: A $250 reimbursement for round-trip airfare (if applicable).
- Meals: All conference meals.
Each employer member organization is eligible to apply for TWO grants.

International Airport
CLE offers service from nine airlines, including low-cost and ultra-low-cost carriers. The airport is 12 miles to downtown Cleveland and has a direct subway line from the terminal.

An easy 50-minute drive from downtown Cleveland, CAK features low fares and short lines. CAK also offers on-site rental cars and ground transportation.
