Sponsorship Questions


Conference sponsorship payments are due before the conference begins.


Dually signed conference contracts are due to Health Action Council before the conference begins.

Booth info:

All booths are 10×10 and feature pipe and drape on three sides. They come with a 10 foot table, 2 chairs, wifi and electric hookup.  You may choose a different set up.


Hotel arrangements, group rate information, and directions will be handled by Marriott Downtown.

Set Up and Tear Down

Instructions for time, location, and accessibility will be provided at a later date.

Shipping materials

Details for shipping materials will be provided at a later date.


Dinner on the first night is included if you attend the sponsor dinner. Breakfast and lunch are included on the second day.  There will be cocktail receptions that are included on both days of the conference.

We encourage you to meet with our employer members at the conference.

Lead retrieval is optional and included in the price of your conference sponsorship.
