For those conference attendees who have paid to attend the conference:

• A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received by January 15, 2027.
• A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between January 15-20, 2027.
• No refunds will be granted if the request is received after January 20, 2027.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to lkodish@healthactioncouncil.org

If a written cancellation request is not received by January 20, 2027, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

• If your reservation was arranged through a Health Action Council travel grant, contact us at ablum@healthactioncouncil.org to request a change or cancellation. We will handle the cancellation with the hotel.
• If you booked your room through the hotel, contact the Hilton Cleveland Downtown directly to change or cancel your reservation. Check your booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation policy.

We’re here to make your experience seamless. Please update your event profile at least one week in advance to request accommodations. A team member will follow up with you directly.

Yes. Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the conference. Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you register so we can plan accordingly.

Business attire is recommended, but comfort matters too. The Convention Center’s high ceilings can make rooms feel cool, so bring a sweater, jacket, or blazer to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Cleveland can be chilly in February, but we’ve planned the conference to keep your time outdoors to a minimum. We’ll provide door-to-door transportation to the one event held outside the Huntington Convention Center.

Park at the 1000 Lakeside Avenue garage for convenient access (Level 2 connects directly to the Huntington Convention Center). The lot fills quickly, so we encourage you to arrive early.

Day 1 (February 2, 2027): Registration opens at 8:45 a.m. for member-only sessions beginning at 9:00 a.m.; the main program begins with opening remarks at 1:05 p.m. A networking reception starts at 5:15 p.m., immediately after the final session, so plan to stay for it. Day 2 (February 4): Registration and networking breakfast begin at 7:40 a.m., opening remarks start at 8:20 a.m., and closing remarks begin at 3:55 p.m. View the full agenda.
