Share Your Expertise at the In-Value-Able Conference & Expo 2027

Employee Benefits: Insight to Impact. Our 2027 theme is a promise to attendees — and a challenge to speakers. Share the insights only you can bring, then show the room exactly what to do with them. Our attendees are decision-makers with real budget authority, and they come to this conference for one reason: to leave with clear, actionable next steps they can put to work. If your session can deliver that, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

Session Requirements

Duration

40 minutes (including intro and Q&A)

Content

  • Insights that lead to Impact — every session should end with clear action steps and a “what’s next” for participants. Sessions that delivered concrete takeaways earned the highest attendee ratings in 2026.
  • Original, thought-provoking, and relevant to today’s challenges — no sales pitches or product demos.
  • Intentional dialogue built into the session design — plan how you will engage the room, not just present to it.

Session Categories

Sessions are organized into five outcome-based categories, which also serve as attendee tracks. Choose the category that best matches what participants will walk away able to do.

Controlling Costs & Managing Risk

Strategies for managing plan spend, containing pharmacy costs, addressing catastrophic cases, and protecting the organization from financial volatility — without sacrificing the quality of coverage employees depend on.

Example“Specialty Drug Spend: How High-Performing Plans Are Bending the Curve”

Improving Health Outcomes

Interventions, clinical programs, vendor partnerships, and population health strategies that move the needle on employee health — with measurable impact on both human and financial outcomes.

Example“Mental Health at Work: Designing Benefits That Meet Employees Where They Are”

Data, Analytics & Decision Making

Using claims data, benchmarking, reporting tools, and analytics to understand your population, identify risk, and make smarter benefits decisions.

Example“What Your Claims Data Is Telling You (And What to Do About It)”

Engaging & Empowering Employees

Health literacy, decision support tools, and communication strategies that help employees navigate their benefits confidently and make choices that improve health and reduce plan costs.

Example“From Awareness to Action: Building a Digital Engagement Strategy That Drives Results”

Compliance, Administration & Plan Design

Staying ahead of regulatory change, optimizing plan structure, managing administrative complexity, and designing plans that deliver value while minimizing risk.

Example“The Regulatory Landscape in 2027: What Benefits Leaders Need to Know Now”

What is the primary insight you are sharing?

The Relevance

Why is it important to conference attendees?

The Urgency

Why is it important to conference attendees now?

The Impact
