Continuing Education Credits
Health Action Council is applying for HRCI, SHRM, and Ohio Department of Insurance (ODI) continuing education credits for all qualifying educational content. This content also qualifies for CEBS credits.
Handouts & Presentations
Each session’s resources will be posted to the In-Value-Able conference event platform and Health Action Council Member Center. Note that not every speaker releases their materials for general use and that Health Action Council respects such preferences.
Conference Meals
Healthy lunch and snacks will be served both days.

Registration & Cancellation
Online registration will be open until January 30th at 12 p.m. EST.
In the event of cancellation, please email name and contact information to events@healthactioncouncil.org by January 17th at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Our top priority is the safety of our attendees and staff. We will comply with local, state, and federal authorities’ health and safety practices as well as the event venue. We require attendees to do the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is included in my registration fee?
A full conference registration includes:
● Access to all sessions and receptions. Restrictions apply.
● Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during the conference.
2. Is there a dress code to attend?
Attendees should be in business attire as this is a professional conference.
3. Will there be food accommodations?
If you have any food sensitivities or allergens, please let us know on your registration form so we can accommodate you.
4. What is the temperature of the conference rooms?
The Huntington Convention Center has tall ceilings. If you tend to be a person that is chilly, please bring an extra layer to ensure you are comfortable.
5. What is the parking situation?
We recommend parking in the Huntington Park Garage or the Willard Park Garage. Both are just a short walk from the Center and the Huntington Park Garage has a tunnel that connects to the convention center. There are additional surface lots nearby. Health Action Council employer members can receive their parking validation at a designated sponsor booth.
6. Will there be time to talk with the vendors at the conference?
Yes, we have built in networking breaks throughout each day. You can also request a follow up call or email with any vendor.
7. Will I need to download the EventMobi app?
Yes, all participants are strongly urged to download the EventMobi app on the app store. The app includes the conference schedule, map, speaker and sponsor information, and all other necessities for the conference.
8. What should I do if I have an ADA request?
If you have a disability and require special assistance, please update your event profile online to specify your needs at least one week before the event so that we may accommodate your needs. A Health Action Council staff member will contact you with more information regarding your request.
9. What is the conference cancellation policy?
For those conference attendees who have paid to attend the conference:

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to lkodish@healthactioncouncil.org
- An 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received by January 3, 2025.
- A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between January 6-10, 2025.
- No refunds will be granted if the request is received after January 10, 2025.
If a written cancellation request is not received by January 10, 2025, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

11. Can I earn credits for attending conference sessions?
Yes, IN-VALUE-ABLE 2025 has applied for SHRM, HRCI, ODI, and CEBS continuing education credits. Additional details on earning credits will be available at the conference.
12. Is free WiFi available in the convention center?
Yes, you will be provided with an access code in your conference materials.
